The scholarship needs your participation.  All donations to the organization are tax deductible.  This endowment provides scholarship resources for an awardee or awardees each year.  The reciepients embody the spirit, joy and work ethic of Mr. Ipiña. He or she must be an English as a Second Language (ESL) student who has been accepted at an accredited college or university.  Scholarships are awarded each May at Woodrow Wilson High School.
